Company and History

Embutidos Vallina, a centenary family firm, was established in 1902 and has not stopped growing since then, making available to everyone a wide range of products that, on their own, have become extraordinary ambassadors of Asturian gastronomy.



Longaniza de Vallina is the best example, but not the only one, with five branches in several autonomous communities, Asturias, Galicia, País Vasco, Castilla-León and Madrid, in the northern area of the country and its own fleet of different vehicles.

Our quick adaptation to the new market trends and requirements has distinguished our path. From there onwards we have a firm commitment and wager on innovation and quality as the sign of identity of the company, in which the daily improvement of our products and services is the challenge inspiring us.

Our commitment is to achieve maximum quality in the different production, preparation and distribution processes. For this we seek continuous assessment in the search for increasingly higher quality standards. As a result of this, we make available to all our customers a wide selection of top quality products in which all aspects relating to Food Safety are cared for very carefully. This is possible due to the fact we have an efficient Integrated Food Quality and Safety Management System certified by standards ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 22.000:2005.
